About Doug's Cakes
I have been making my cakes for more than 25 years. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I have had the opportunity to train and work with some of the finest pastry chefs in the world. Over the years, I have refined my recipes to be one of the most unique cakes you have ever experienced. My cakes are hand-crafted, made with fresh ingredients, and include name brand chocolates and liqueurs. You'll find fresh fruit or chocolates and walnuts or almonds adorning your cake.

Doug's Cakes Guarantee
All of Doug's Cakes come with a money back guarantee. If you don't like your cake for any reason, I will return your purchase price with no questions.

Caring for Doug's Cakes
Doug's Cakes are not your typical cakes and must be kept refrigerated before and after serving. For best results, do not keep cakes unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours. If you have any leftovers, please refrigerate or put into the freezer for another time. Be sure to cover the cake with clear wrap or return the cake to its box to preserve its flavor. All of Doug's Cakes are made fresh with dairy and some contain nuts and or liqueurs.

Doug's Baked Alaska must be kept in the freezer. For best results, remove Doug's Baked Alaska from the freezer 60 to 75 minutes before serving to allow the ice cream to soften making it easier to cut and serve. If the ice cream is still hard to cut through, let it sit out for a few more minutes. After serving, put the Baked Alaska back into the freezer. Cover with some clear wrap or return the Baked Alaska to its box to preserve its flavor. The Baked Alaska may contain nuts and or liqueurs.
